I first bought one of these little computers for my daughter and she loved it..so I bought one for myself. It doesnt have a cd slot so I have to get used to using a memory stick. This is a great second computer and the portability of it is amazing. One little hitch-- I did have a defect on the computer (the mic didnt work) Ok, these things do happen I was prepared for a hassle to return it. I called the express customer service (both times the call back was immediate and the wait was less than a minute or two at the most!) I certainly didnt expect it... but I was REALLY impressed by the customer service. They resolved my problem immediately.. I have a new computer coming in 2 days and when I transfer everything over... the defective one goes back. It was as easy and pleasant as it possibly could be! So.. love the computer and the support from Amazon!
