as a netbook its tops. bought it as a travel mate. It will not replace my Dell Inspiron. Screen is terrific as is the keyboard with a great hd.Only drawback is the rinky dinky mouse pad. Just get a cheap optic mouse. Speed of wi-fi is acceptable--fan noise no problem.
