This is exactly what I was looking for -- a small, lightweight computer that is easy to bring along while having enough power to actually get work done. The 6 cell battery gives it decent battery life. The unit is a well designed and well built. Great fit and finish! Note that this model is about an inch wider than a competitor's 8.9 inch model (you can see the difference by looking at pictures of the screen and the border around it). The extra width allows for a larger keyboard -- big difference when typing. The listed weight of the two models is the same at 2.2 pounds.
If your looking for a high powered machine forget about these mini laptops, that is not their strength. But if you're looking for a lightweight, highly portable machine for things like email and net surfing, light word processing, and Powerpoint presentations then I recommend this one.
