Just bought this laptop a week ago and the eRagent error message pops up 5 times after it stops. Phone customer support and adviced to run eRecovery. i did run eRecovery and problem still the same. I google the problem, and i found out that its an Acer defect. The company knows about it and never fix the problem before they sell the product. Acer offered to fix the problem by sending back to them and you have to pay for the shipping and it will take 7-10 days.
