Great service. Some confusion on the returning the product but it was resolved so I have no problem ordering from Amazon or Buynow.com. Did not get to use the unit since I was taken aback by only 144GB usable harddrive space. Called Acer and was told that the missing 16GB was partioned for recovery. Owned an Acer desktop years ago and it was one of my best computers.
