I rate this item as the Jaguar of Laptops" Always in the shop and never on the road.

I have this item and have had nothing but charging problems with it! It is four month's old and the battery is shot! and I have already sent it in for repairs at my cost. Acer will not repair anything without you paying upfront on a credit card which is then refunded after repairs.

I am still kicking myself for this purchase!!!!!
