This little netbook is really the bomb. My big clunky desk-top replacement(Hp L2000ADM 64bit) laptop was starting to die and I needed a replacement. I heard a little about netbooks and cloud computing, and started to really look at how and what I was using the monster for and realized I was waaaay over equiped. This little animal, once I added a Gig of RAM and cleaned up some of the XP bloatware(check out the AspireONE user forum [...]) it really flew-checking e-mails, surfing the web, You Tube, it was all the same and even when I needed to do some real work Google doc. let me do spreadsheets and log into work. It is so small and light(and cheap) I take it everywhere. The only thing I would do differently is passing on 120gig HD and going really simple w/ the 8gig SSD.
