Our Acer died after one week of use (we bought it at Office Max and then went on vacation, so had it for 3 weeks). They want us to FedEx it to them at our cost, from Hawaii, about $40 - and then they say it will take up 2-3 weeks once there. By the time we get it back 2 months of warranty will be gone, they will not extend the warranty, although it is brand new and won't boot up at all, hence very little use at all. We will never buy from them again. Bad service, bad quality.
