I must have the worse luck. This morning I just returned the second Acer to Amazon. The first one would not boot up and after about 30 minutes with Acer support was told to return to the reseller because the unit was defective. I then reorder and received the second one last Monday. After charging for 24 hours discovered that this one was also defective since the battery would not hold a charge. Call to Acer resulted in diagnosis of possible defective battery and a promise that a new battery would be shipped immediately. After a week of waiting and no new battery, I was told this morning that the batteries are on back order and they were unable to tell me when they would be in. So once more I boxed up the unit and returned to Amazon. Most distressing was the "too bad so sad" customer service attitude. Now I sit here trying to decide to try one more time.
