I bought this after comparing several brands. It has much more memory and larger hard drive than most. It is small and easy to carry around. The keyboard is full-size and very easy to use. I haven't traveled with it yet, which was my main reason for buying it. It does require some additonal equipment, though. I bought a portable DVD drive, USB cable, mouse, etc. I thought it would be great to play games while traveling, but some I have installed are hard to see on the small screen. I would recommend the Acer to anyone looking for a netbook, although the price has really gone down since my purchase.
